The MMEHR Quality Guidelines are based on three main research activities: qualitative interviews with 50 HR experts in the MMEHR partner countries, desk research including academic studies on multicultural and multidimensional skills in HR, and a collection of best practice found to be of importance or relevance for the development of the MMEHR Quality Guidelines.
The MMEHR Quality Guidelines for Human Resources multicultural recognition and evaluation 4.0 techniques include technical recommentations for the MMEHR learning modules, information on possible learning formats and learning methods, learning goals, objectives and outcomes, learning assessment and aspects related to industry 4.0.
